I have bought almost all the citrus tags for my dogs. Saw your booth at fanime and got one and had to get one for the new dog. It’s beautiful made and we love the glitter touch. Shipping was so quick and well packaged. Just need another dog for the lime tag.

How do I add engraving?
  • If you're purchasing from our website (pawsonify.com), there is an engraving form on the product page.
  • Orders placed through Facebook, Instagram, Shop App, etc.: to add engraving information to your order, please use our Pet Tag Customizer as soon as you've placed your order and your information will be automatically added to your order!
  • The customizer will ask for your Order number which will be this many digits #xxxxx.

How long does production take before the tag ships?

Engraving doesn't add any delay — personalized Pet Tags ship on the same processing schedule as the rest of our products. See our shipping schedule for current timing, and you'll receive tracking as soon as your order is on its way.

How much can I engrave on the back?

Engraving is done on the back of the tag, which has limited space.

On this tag you can engrave up to 25 characters per line across 4 lines — enough for your pet’s name and a phone number.

Your tag is engraved on the back only. The front shows the design you chose, and the back is engraved with your pet's details.
