Production & Shipping
Each product has its own timeline. Please refer to the estimated shipping date listed on the product page.

Mixed Orders & Split Shipping
If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, it will ship once all items are ready.
Want your in-stock items sooner?
You can pay for Split Shipping after checkout to have available items shipped first, with pre-order items sent separately once they’re ready.

Cancellations & Refunds

You may cancel within 30 days of purchase

Refunds are issued minus a 5% processing fee
After 30 days, cancellations are no longer guaranteed as production may already be underway.
Order Changes
Shipping address and order details can be updated up to 3 days before the estimated ship date.
Product Variations
Final products may have small differences in color or details due to production adjustments.
