Please make sure the product is in like-new condition and free of fur.
The sooner you send back your order, the sooner we can help you with your return or exchange. We recommend you send the shipment with tracking. We are not responsible for lost returns.
Once we have received your returned product we will bill you for additional shipping costs to get the new product to you.
If you are exchanging a defective product we will be in touch with you within 24-48 hours with a shipping label. Please be sure to use the shipping label within 1 week, otherwise, we will void the label and you will no longer be able to exchange the product.
