Please make sure the product is in like-new condition and free of fur.
The sooner you send back your order, the sooner we can help you with your return or exchange. We recommend you send the shipment with tracking. We are not responsible for lost returns.
Once we have received your returned product, we will bill you for additional shipping costs to ship the new product to you. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
If you are exchanging a defective product we will be in touch with you within 24-48 hours (during business hours Monday-Friday 9-5PM) and email a shipping label. Please be sure to use the shipping label within 1 week, otherwise we will void the label and you will no longer be able to exchange the product.
