If we have already shipped your order it will not allow you to update it anymore.

Engraving is included at no extra cost! Every Pet Tag comes with complimentary engraving, so you can personalize it to your liking without any additional charges.

• If you're purchasing from our website (pawsonify.com), there is an engraving form on the product page.
• Orders placed through Facebook, Instagram, Shop App, etc.: to add engraving information to your order, please use our Pet Tag Customizer as soon as you've placed your order and your information will be automatically added to your order!
• The customizer will ask for your Order number which will be this many digits #xxxxx.

Engraving doesn't add any delay — personalized Pet Tags ship on the same processing schedule as the rest of our products. See our shipping schedule for current timing, and you'll receive tracking as soon as your order is on its way.

Engraving is done on the back of the tag, which has limited space.

Refer to each product for details, but each one fits a pet’s name and phone number.

Your tag is engraved on the back only. The front shows the design you chose, and the back is engraved with your pet's details.

If you prefer a blank Pet Tag, simply enter “N/A” in the engraving field, and we’ll send it to you without any engraving.

If no information is provided and “N/A” isn’t entered, we’ll follow up with you to confirm whether you’d like engraving. If we don’t hear back within 5 business days, we’ll proceed with shipping a blank tag for you.

If there’s an error on your Pet Tag due to our mistake, we’ll happily replace it at no cost.If the mistake is based on the information provided, we can create a new tag for you for a $10 fee, which includes shipping.

We encourage customers to double check to make sure that the engraving information is correct before submitting your order.

If you spot an error after ordering, use our Pet Tag Customizer right away with the correct details to update your engraving info.

When customizing your Pet Tag, it’s best to include essential information due to limited space.

• Your pet’s name
• A contact phone number
• A note if your pet is microchipped
• You can also include a short message like “Call if Lost”

Since customized products are made just for you, we’re unable to resell them. However, we’re happy to offer a 50% refund on returned items to help make things right.

For the same reason, engraved Pet Tags aren’t eligible for exchange. If we made a mistake on your engraving, or your tag arrived damaged, we’ll replace it at no cost to you.

Our Pet Tags come in two sizes:

• Small (Cat/XS) — best for cats and extra-small dogs.
• Large (S/M/L) — sized for small, medium, and large dogs.

Match the tag size to your pet's collar size for the best proportion.

No — the engraving is etched into the metal, not printed on top, so the text itself won't rub off with normal wear. As with any pet tag, the surface finish can pick up small scratches over time with heavy daily use, but your pet's information stays legible.
