Pet ID Tags have limited space on them depending on their size. We usually recommend adding any of the following:
We're all about making you smile! If we made an error on your ID Tag or if your product is damaged on its way to you, we'll gladly hook you up with a replacement, absolutely free of charge. If there was a mistake in the engraving info you sent in with your order, we'll need to charge you a $10 replacement fee to whip up a fresh tag for you.
Please keep in mind, though, that because our custom items are as unique as you, we can only refund 50% of the cost of customized products when returned. Thanks for understanding!
We usually ship within 1-2 business for in-stock items. Most orders shipped with USPS within the USA arrive within 3-5 business days.
International shipments with DHL should arrive within a week, but may be delayed at customs.

i ADORE my pup's tag!! the engraving was only slightly incorrect (tbf i was using symbols and i know sometimes they can come through weird, there wasn't a space on one side for ☆ wicket ☆) but it doesn't bother me! they do have exchanges available in case you arent satisfied with your order. i have no doubt they would be happy to correct the problem, since i emailed them immediately after i placed my order since i wanted to change the order i had my engraving in. they replied very soon after. i will definitely be returning for any future tags for my bup! <3

Great quality pet tag. I really love konpeito so when I saw this tag I knew I had to get it for our girls! Colors are very vibrant and stand out in our girls' thick fur (Great Pyrenees and Samoyed for reference) Highly recommend :)
