Order Fulfillment

We generally ship within 1-3 business days and we do not ship on weekends. Choosing an expedited shipping method does not expedite our processing time. If we are attending an event, as our processing time may be extended. Please note that orders containing preorder items will be fulfilled once preorder items have arrived at a later date as stated on the product page at the time of purchase. If there are any further delays we will contact you.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on orders over $100. Orders that qualify for FREE SHIPPING are processed with First Class USPS or whichever shipping method is most cost effective to us.

We ship from our Southern California warehouse.

Please Note: These estimates also do not include fulfillment times. These are just estimates and there may still be delays in shipping times. Once we give the packages to the third party couriers, we have absolutely no control over any additional delays there may be. US holidays will impact estimated delivery times as well. Once orders are shipped we can no longer make changes to your order.

Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking

Once you have placed your order, you will automatically receive an order confirmation email.

Shipping confirmation emails are automatically sent out with tracking once orders are processed. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking numbers to update.

If you did not receive your Order or Shipping Confirmation emails, please make sure you check your spam and promotional folders.

Shipping Address Errors

Please make sure you confirm your address before checking out. You will be responsible for any additional shipping costs if the shipping address you provided on your order was incorrect or missing information (such as an apartment unit) and the parcel was returned to us for that reason.

If you noticed you made an error on your address, you can update your address with the link from your order confirmation email, order status page, or order details. Please make sure to update it ASAP!

International Shipping

We offer a few international shipping to give customers the option to pick between cost and speed. USPS First Class International will be most cost effective, but it may take longer. UPS and DHL will take a considerably shorter time but cost more.

  • Any import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees due at the time of delivery are the sole responsibility of the receiving customer. We cannot mark any orders as "gift" or with altered prices.
  • Please note that we cannot control any delays that are caused due to customs.
  • We are unable to mark orders as "gifts" or declare a lower value for the items.
  • All international orders are insured, but must be in transit longer than 40 days before we can file a claim.
