Shopping for gifts this holiday season? Here's a useful guide on what date to order by for your order to arrive on time for this holiday season!*
Starting December 1st, we will be shortening our processing time to accommodate holiday shopping.

If you are referring to online holiday shipping deadline articles (for USPS International, UPS, or DHL) please be sure to account for our holiday processing time of 1-2 business days.
During the holidays we will be processing orders more frequently to get orders to our customers as quickly as possible.
Holiday processing time by item type:
- Collars: 1 Business day
- Pet I.D. Tags: 2 Business days
International Customers: We recommend choosing UPS for timely deliveries.
