Engraving is included at no extra cost! Every Pet Tag comes with complimentary engraving, so you can personalize it to your liking without any additional charges.
When customizing your Pet Tag, it’s best to include essential information due to limited space.
- Your pet’s name
- A contact phone number
- A note if your pet is microchipped
- You can also include a short message like “Call if Lost”
If we made an error on your Pet Tag, we’ll gladly replace it for free. However, if the mistake was in the information you provided, a $10 fee applies for a new tag. (Shipping is included in this fee)
Since customized products are made specifically for you, we can only offer a 50% refund on returned items, as they cannot be resold.
